Bank Operations Officer (Trade/Transaction Analyst) Join to apply for the Bank Operations Officer (Trade/Transaction Analyst) role at Adecco. Base pay range SGD4,000.00/yr - SGD6,000.00/yr The Opportunity Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for a Operations Officer (Trade/Transaction Analyst) Starts off as 6 months contract with high chance for extension Earliest start date is 05 Jan 2025 Team: WM Operations - Middle Office Division : PB - Central Functions & Other Responsibilities/Tasks: Perform checks for trade related and client signed documents. Ensuring accuracy, qualification, and documentation Perform independent call back function on client instructions in relation to payments and static data changes Prepare documentation and communications to external parties such as reference letters and confirmation of balances to auditors Keep track of regulatory requirements applicable, provide solutions and implement to BAU operations Support post trade control, reviewing voice logs to ensure sanity of transaction records. Experience/Exposure: Good with numbers and a good team player Pro‑active and able to work under pressure Willing to learn and take on additional challenges Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin to liaise with Cantonese/Mandarin‑speaking associates Good communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
