The Role We are seeking an experienced and highly-networked leader to drive strategic growth. This role is vital for securing partnerships that directly enhance our retail footprint, drive traffic, boost loyalty, and achieve measurable sales uplift . Your success hinges on your ability to leverage your senior network to strike commercially impactful deals. Responsibilities Retail Network & Sourcing: Aggressively leverage a senior contact network across banking, loyalty platforms, and complementary retail brands to generate a robust deal pipeline. Commercial Deal Ownership: Lead the full deal cycle: structuring, negotiating, and closing complex co-marketing, co-branding, and revenue-share agreements. Traffic & Loyalty Uplift: Design partnerships with a clear focus on driving customer footfall (in-store), increasing e-commerce conversions, and boosting loyalty program enrollment. Revenue & ROI Accountability: Own the P&L and manage performance, ensuring alliances deliver strong Partner-Sourced Revenue and a measurable ROI. Operational Execution: Drive seamless execution by collaborating closely with Marketing, Retail Operations, and Product teams to launch initiatives. Executive Management: Cultivate strong, strategic relationships with C-level and Director-level counterparts in partner organizations. Required Skills and Experience Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in Partnership Management, Strategic Alliances, or high-level Business Development. Mandatory Network: Demonstrable, active, senior-level contact network specifically within the Retail, Consumer Brands, Payments/Banking, or Loyalty Program ecosystems.
