What You’ll Be Busy With As a key player on our team, you'll be the strategic compass for our senior-level clients, guiding them toward exciting growth opportunities and elevating their brand. Translate emerging market trends into innovative strategies that resonate. Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and navigate complex organizational structures. Act as the captain of integrated accounts up to $2M+, steering them with sharp commercial and strategic acumen. Lead integrated marketing campaigns from initial strategy through creative development, planning, and execution, ensuring measurable results. Champion agency processes, collaborating with planners and creative directors to ensure high-quality work. Manage budgets and timelines, keeping projects on track and mitigating risks. Inspire and empower a team, clearly communicating expectations and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
