The opportunity is with one of the leading banks. We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join the team in a fast-paced contact center environment. MNC | Bank

Responsibilities
  • Answer calls from the public and provide first-call resolution for queries and issues.
  • Work closely with support and product teams to resolve requests quickly.
  • Make outbound calls to users who request callbacks.
  • Handle emails and chatbot responses as assigned.
  • Ensure all incidents are properly documented, tracked, and followed up.
Qualifications
  • No Experience Required (note: prior experience in call centres or customer service is highly preferred)
  • Comfortable to be in a call centre role
  • Committed and focused
  • Strong communication skills
  • Adaptable and a fast learner
  • Strong customer centricity
  • Willing to work in shifts, on weekends and public holidays
