Head of Product Engineering - Silicon Foundry We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Director of Product Engineering - Silicon Foundry. As a strategic leader, you will lead a team of engineers and manage product technology teams globally, driving organizational goals and achieving cost savings through structural yield improvements. Your expertise in yield engineering, technical leadership, and team management will be crucial in overseeing yield indices across foundries and test houses in APAC and Europe, ensuring high product quality and timely delivery. Your Role Strategic Leadership and Team Management: Leads a team of engineers and manages product teams globally, driving organizational goals and achieving cost savings through structural yield improvements. Yield Management and Technical Expertise: Provides expertise in yield engineering, overseeing yield indices across foundries and test houses in APAC and Europe to ensure high product quality and timely delivery. Budget and Resource Management: Oversees departmental budgets, resource allocation, and staff development, ensuring efficient use of funds and alignment with organizational objectives. Digitalization and Innovation: Spearheads digitalization efforts, implementing AI/ML technologies to enhance data-driven decision-making and improve engineering scalability in the APAC region. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Fosters strong relationships with cross-functional teams, enhancing collaboration and resolving complex technical issues effectively. Data Science Integration: Integrates new data science capabilities into the yield platform, promoting advanced analytics for better decision-making and operational efficiency. Operational Efficiency in APAC: Manages and improves operational processes, utilization, and resource management, ensuring optimal performance across the region. People Development and Feedback: Invests in team feedback and development, driving continuous improvement and career progression within the department. Your Profile Min Degree in Business or Master in Electronic Engineering, Physics, Material Science etc or similar Min 10 years of professional experience within front end semiconductor Min 5 years of working experience as line manager in leading a team up to 10 team members worldwide Deep understanding of product engineering and front end technology is a MUST Experience in working with big data is added advantage Excellent English and Chinese skills is required to communicate with counterparts who are Chinese speaking #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
