Overview

Support engineering teams in development & qualification of new technology solutions in a Back-end Final Test manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support engineering teams in development & qualification of new technology solutions in a Back-end Final Test manufacturing environment
  • Support engineering teams in operating & troubleshooting of engineering equipment & test hardware in production manufacturing line. (Tester, Handler, Burn-in ovens, Scanning Equipment, Loadboard & Contactors.)
  • Responsible for both software and hardware testing in engineering equipment.
  • Prepare and update report if there is any finding during equipment testing.
Your Profile
  • Min. NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Min. 0-3 year of relevant technical hands-on experience in final test manufacturing equipment , preferably from semiconductor industry.
  • Self-discipline with a positive, pro-active attitude & abundance curiosity to learn and expand personal knowledge and skills.
  • Able to work effectively with a global & multi-cultural team.
  • This is a 2 years contract (renewable - based on business requirements) under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to partner company.
