Support engineering teams in the development & qualification of new technology solutions in a Back-end Final Test manufacturing environment.

Job Description
  • Support engineering teams in the development & qualification of new technology solutions in a Back-end Final Test manufacturing environment.
  • Support engineering teams in operating & troubleshooting of engineering equipment & test hardware in production manufacturing line (Tester, Handler, Buri-in ovens, Scanning Equipment, Loadboard & Contactors).
  • Responsible for both software and hardware testing in engineering equipment.
  • Prepare and update reports on any findings during equipment testing.
Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Min. NITEC /Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • Min. 0-3 years of relevant technical hands-on experience in final test manufacturing equipment , preferably from the semiconductor industry.
  • Self-discipline with a positive, proactive attitude & curiosity to learn and expand personal knowledge and skills.
  • Able to work effectively with a global & multi-cultural team.

This is a 2-year contract (renewable based on business requirements) under a 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
