  • You are an experienced Senior Digital Marketer who will lead and execute digital marketing strategies focused on achieving measurable results. Your strategic mindset, strong ROI understanding, and ability to deliver accountable outcomes are crucial for this role. Crafting impactful marketing campaigns, having a thorough understanding of business operations, and advanced knowledge of Google Ads are key requirements.Your responsibilities will involve developing data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for maximum reach and ROI, analyzing and refining keywords, ad copy, and bidding strategies, overseeing end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across various channels, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI and performance, tracking, measuring, and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing efforts, using analytics to refine strategies, improving campaign outcomes, allocating and managing marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency while achieving desired results, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams like sales, design, and content to align marketing efforts with business objectives, providing clear and actionable insights to stakeholders regarding campaign performance and strategy alignment, developing and maintaining a strong online presence to enhance brand visibility and reputation.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, proven expertise in strategy building, and delivering measurable results, strong hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign creation, management, and optimization, strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of key performance metrics and ROI optimization, comprehensive knowledge of business operations and how marketing strategies influence growth, proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO tools, social media platforms, and marketing automation software, excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement, ability to stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into campaigns.Join our dynamic team, apply now, and make a significant impactJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:- Paid time off- Yearly bonusSchedule:- Day shiftExperience:- Total work: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: In person,
