Education Qualification

  • At least a Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Engineering, IT or equivalent.
Competencies
  • Strong technical skills in SAP BASIS, BusinessObjects (BO) and Data Services (DS).
  • Good knowledge of Web Servers (Tomcat).
  • Good knowledge of OS administration (Windows Server and RHEL).
  • Good knowledge of virtualisation platforms (e.g. Hyper-V).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications and management tools (Active Directory, SCCM, SCVMM).
  • Good troubleshooting skills to analyse and resolve issues.
  • Good knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high quality deliverables (documentation, presentations, research).
  • Proven track record of customer management and possesses excellent communication and soft skills.
  • Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active.
  • Good planning and co-ordination skills.
  • Good team player, responsible and conscientious.
Working Experience
  • At least two (2) years of working experience in SAP BASIS administration.
  • At least two (2) years of working experience in both SAP BusinessObjects (BO) and SAP Data Services 4.x or later.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP platforms (ERP, NetWeaver, Portal, BODS, Tomcat webserver, etc).
  • At least two (2) years of experience in analysis of system performance, system health checks & tuning improvements.
