Job DescriptionLinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) is a business that enables marketers to connect with the world’s professionals. The Global Agency Development Team is responsible for equipping agencies with the marketing product, capability and insight to enrich their value propositions and accelerate their clients’ growth.
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Agency Development APAC, to establish and strengthen key agency relationships across a portion of both Holding Companies and specific independent agencies managing many of LinkedIn’s largest, most strategic customers. The role is focused on stakeholder relationships, driving revenue, ROI, agency education and capabilities.
The candidate will have extensive experience of LinkedIn’s platform and marketing solutions and will work collaboratively with Field Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure we are meeting partner needs. As the team leader, you will also be responsible for hiring, training, mentoring and coaching a team of Individual Contributors to their full potential.

Responsibilities:
Agency Relationship Management & Growth
- Build, Manage and strengthen APAC relationships with stakeholders within key advertising agencies, across a range of disciplines (Executives, Paid Social, Investment, Strategy, Measurement, Analytics, Creative)
- Partner with Field Sales to drive commercial acceleration of high potential accounts through senior level relationships, video adoption, development of full funnel marketing strategies, large-scale transformational programs, Joint Business Plans and/or Agency Level Agreements.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Insights & Measurement, Video, and more), to develop agency strategies to maximize growth and build partnerships that scale revenue.
- Develop and implement programs to improve agency capabilities and education through training, business reviews and product updates.
- Work with cross functional partners, Field Sales, Agency Development colleagues to foster best practice exchange and align strategies.
Leadership and People Management
- Hire, lead, coach and inspire a team of Agency Development Leads to reach their full potential and deliver best-in-class work.
- Empower the team to create impact internally and externally.
- Provide open, honest and constructive feedback/coaching to develop talent and close skill gaps.
- Anticipate hiring needs of the team and develop an internal and external talent pipeline.
- Consistently lead by example through our LinkedIn values and culture, creating awareness for team members through collective interactions.
- Build a culture of inclusion and belonging for your team and those around you.
LinkedIn Stakeholder Management and Collaboration
- Partner with Regional Field Sales Leaders to drive growth in key markets and for specific accounts.
- Lead and drive collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Marketing, GTM Operations, Enablement, Executives and more.
- Understand and effectively frame customer challenges/nd opportunities to enroll cross-functional support in delivering programs to market.
- Drive global communication, collaboration and coordination between regional agency teams to cross-pollinate best practices.
- Provide regular business updates to management on team, business, customer feedback and needs to ensure shared understanding of status, opportunities and potential growth for agency and LinkedIn.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in advertising sales, customer development, or agency partnerships within digital marketing, ad tech, or social media platforms.
- 5+ years of experience leading teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience building and leading successful teams.
- Extensive experience working with agency stakeholders to deliver results and provide world-class customer service.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing a portfolio of established and mature client relationships.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders at a country, regional and global level, as well as externally.
- Demonstrated ability to lead with agility and inspire in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to inspire creativity throughout the organization.
- High degree of analytical acumen and demonstrated ability to project and assess the commercial impact of current and proposed partnership practices.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively to C-level audience.
