The Role: Beyond the Transaction As a BDM at Celotti, you aren't a "CV supplier." You are a Strategic Talent Advisor . You will focus on non-financial industrial sectors—Energy, Manufacturing, Logistics, and HealthTech—helping them navigate AI talent uncertainty. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership: Identify and engage with growth-stage companies in Singapore and APAC that are transitioning to "AI-core" operations. Consultative Selling: Educate clients on our Fixed-Fee and Subscription models, moving them away from risky, reactive contingency hiring toward intentional team architecture. Market Mapping: Work with our dedicated Pod delivery teams to provide clients with deep market context and technical talent insights. Ecosystem Building: Act as a brand ambassador for Celotti, advocating for high-retention hiring practices that eliminate "Hiring Debt." Who You Are Expertise: Proven experience in business development or account management within the technology or recruitment sectors. Communication: Ability to engage in high-level strategic conversations with C-suite stakeholders. Mindset: A builder’s mentality. You are motivated by long-term impact and client success rather than just short-term commission targets.
