Responsibilities

  1. Conduct Secretariat duties for forums / meetings

  2. Organize corporate planning activities, such as the corporate retreat, and workplan discussions.

  3. Facilitate discussions and workstreams on ERM system, such as review of the key risk register and coordinate progress updates

  4. Coordinate divisions’ and agencies’ inputs to requests from the Centre of Government and other Ministries on Whole-of-Government strategies and outcomes.

Requirements

  • A Degree in any discipline with a good academic record.

  • Good written and oral communication abilities, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders.

  • Experience in public service, especially in corporate planning, is preferred.
