Overview

As the Manager, Corporate Strategy / PMO, you will be a key member of the CEO’s Office, driving strategic initiatives, aligning cross-functional projects, and ensuring organizational goals are achieved. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact strategies, and overseeing the execution of mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to define, develop, and execute corporate strategies.
  • Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) to oversee enterprise-wide projects, driving timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration, ensuring effective communication and coordination between departments.
  • Monitor and track the success of strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, or project management, experience with big tech company is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English to manage Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
