Roles & Responsibilities Single Family office or private wealth tax compliance and annual declaration to MAS experience is preferred Manage client portfolio in the area of tax compliance and provide tax advisory services Review, provide recommendations on agreements and/or documents of clients for compliance and risk mitigation purposes Review, provide recommendations, solutions on clients' portfolio and to understand the clients' needs Assist with the preparation of responses to Tax authorities' queries and any audits Proficient in MAS reporting requirement Work collaboratively with business areas as well as other corporate functions, such as provide tax technical support and advisory Manage the management fee agreements, supporting documentations and computations. Liaise with clients and collate the necessary information. Preparation tax computations (Corporate & Personal). Preparation detailed computations to calculate tax liability. Submit tax computations/returns to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore ("IRAS"). Experienced in various tax matters, including withholding tax S45 Form, COR application, ECI filing, GST submissions. Assist in attending to queries raised by IRAS. Provide advisory and collaborated with cross-functional teams, including auditors and legal advisors, to support client needs and deliver comprehensive tax solutions. Assist with any other matters in relation to tax. Requirements Familiar with MAS requirements Minimum 5 years related experience, preferably from a private wealth service/ financial services or professional services firm/Accounting firm Experience in SFO tax preparation, review and advisory is an added advantage Must be familiar with Singapore Tax guidelines Self motivated and looking for fast career growth and development Knowledge of Single Family Offices private wealth tax compliance is an added advantage Degree or professional accounting qualifications recognised by ISCA preferred. Being an Accredited Tax Professional with SCTP will be an advantage. Possess passion, initiative, strong technical skills and an analytical mind. Strong interpersonal and business communication skills.
