About the Role As the Trade Marketing Manager for the Retail channel, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding market share by building and executing powerful trade marketing strategies. From developing portfolio and pricing strategies, to activating impactful in-store campaigns and trade promotions, you will be at the heart of turning brand vision into shopper engagement. You’ll also be leading product launches, promotional programs, and category management initiatives that strengthen customer partnerships, deliver ROI, and bring the company’s health-through-nutrition ambition to life. This role involves close collaboration with sales, brand, digital, CRM, merchandising, and scientific communication teams, while also engaging with agencies, trade partners, and regional stakeholders. Responsibilities Develop portfolio and pricing strategies. Activate impactful in-store campaigns and trade promotions. Lead product launches and promotional programs. Manage category management initiatives. Collaborate with sales, brand, digital, CRM, merchandising, and scientific communication teams. Engage with agencies, trade partners, and regional stakeholders. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or brand management within FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or other fast-paced industries. Required Skills Skilled at translating insights into actionable growth opportunities. Highly analytical and detail-oriented. Comfortable managing budgets, portfolios, and promotional activities. Strong communicator and influencer. Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial environments. Accountability and excellence in cross‑functional collaboration up to senior management level. Proactive, hands‑on approach. Readiness to travel when needed. Preferred Skills Experience in a purpose‑led organization. Ability to create, implement, and measure trade marketing strategies.
