Finance Senior Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee tax, treasury, and capital management.
- Provide financial advice on business cases, investments, and commercial negotiations.
- Implement and optimise new financial/reporting systems (e.g. SAP) to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Mentor and develop finance teams to build strong capabilities.
- Collaborate with business units to align financial goals with strategy.
- Degree in Accounting/Finance; CA/CPA/ACCA qualification preferred.
- 8–12+ years (Senior Manager) / 12–15+ years (VP) of finance leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, FP&A, tax, treasury, and controls.
- Proven track record in ERP/finance systems implementation (SAP preferred).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in aviation, engineering, or complex technical industries is an advantage.
