Responsibilities Acquire academic contents for books and journals in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) topics. Responsible for full editorial processes from manuscript submission to publication. Maintain positive collaborative relationship with all stakeholders including existing/potential authors, reviewers, contributors, key advisers, potential textbook adopters, and colleagues in various divisions. Monitoring market demand, advising future trends, risks, and opportunities. Participate in marketing and promotional activities as required. Represent World Scientific Publishing at conferences and events where appropriate. Any ad hoc projects assigned when necessary. Requirements PhD or Degree in Pure and Applied Sciences. Effective communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet KPIs and tight deadlines. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
