Position purpose The Assistant Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving brand growth and visibility for LUXASIA\'s portfolio in Singapore. This role supports the strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, with a focus on consumer engagement, digital activation, and retail excellence. Working closely with regional teams and cross-functional partners, the incumbent ensures effective implementation of marketing initiatives that align with brand positioning and commercial goals. The Assistant Marketing Manager also monitors market trends, evaluates campaign performance, and identifies opportunities to elevate brand presence and strengthen customer loyalty in a dynamic beauty retail landscape. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute effective marketing strategies in line with brand overall strategies and commercial plans Manage and oversee the marketing budget to ensure optimal return on investment Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers Create and execute engaging social content strategy to increase share of voice Manage brand\'s online platforms and social media accounts to keep content updated Define and execute annual PR plan to grow earned media value Create and execute content for online platforms Manage traffic strategy for online platforms Manage CRM and analyse results for optimization to meet annual CRM KPIs Work closely with sales team and trade partners on trade marketing Manage and execute visual merchandising across all distribution points Provide monthly report that will include results of all marketing activities and competition analysis Requirements Diploma or Degree holder specializing in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business At least 4 years of relevant working experiences in retail industry Experience in online marketing, CRM and content creation Experience managing budgets and measuring ROI Possess Good interpersonal and communications skills Ability to handle and control challenging negotiation Ability to prioritize and plan own workload in accordance with deadlines Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability work flexibly and to work as part of a team Proficient with Microsoft Office tools like MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint Diversity, Equity and Inclusion LUXASIA aspires to build a One Team of talents that reflects the diversity of the communities in our operating markets.
