Overview As an Assistant Manager /Business Partnering and Medical Manpower Planning, you will play a key role in supporting the company's strategic human resources initiatives. Responsibilities Collaborate with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and develop tailored talent management strategies Conduct comprehensive manpower planning and forecasting to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time Provide HR business partnering support, including employee relations, performance management, and organisational development Analyse workforce data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Implement and maintain HR policies, processes, and systems to drive operational efficiency Assist with talent acquisition, onboarding, and development initiatives Support the broader HR team in achieving the company's strategic objectives Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources.
