Experience in Land Reclamation projects is a MUST Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage robust, detailed schedules for all stages of the building project, ensuring seamless execution. Design and sequence construction operations efficiently, ensuring master and detailed work programs are aligned with project costs. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery. Continuously monitor project progress, identifying critical activities and ensuring any potential delays are flagged to the Project Manager. Provide strategic adjustments to project schedules and plans to maintain momentum and meet deadlines without compromising on quality. Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring progress aligns with the project schedule, and swiftly address any issues that arise. Deliver regular and insightful progress reports to senior management and clients, showcasing the project's progress and addressing any concerns. Maintain strict compliance with industry regulations, codes, and safety standards to ensure the project is executed to the highest standard. Identify potential project risks early and develop proactive mitigation strategies to avoid disruptions. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of planning engineers, ensuring continuous development and success. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry, particularly with building projects. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) is essential. Strong in-depth knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, materials, and best practices. Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight timelines. Experience with large-scale commercial or residential building projects, particularly institutional developments.
