If you like challenges and you are motivated to work in a great team, pay attention to us We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Office Manager to oversee the full order-to-delivery process and ensure smooth daily office operations. This role supports the sales team, manages customer service activities, and drives efficiency across our sales operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and returns. Monitor order status, communicate updates, and maintain strong customer relationships. Identify process gaps and lead improvements to enhance order fulfilment efficiency. Work closely with sales, logistics, and inventory teams to resolve operational issues. Customer Service & CRM Provide high-level customer support and ensure excellent service standards. Train and guide customer service team members. Build long-term relationships with customers to support repeat business. Office Management Oversee daily office operations, supplies, equipment, and facilities. Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and administrative needs. Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures. Communication & Coordination Act as a key liaison between sales, logistics, and other internal teams. Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries and operational follow-ups. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields. Minimum 5-8 years' experience in sales operations, order management, or customer service. Experience in FMCG or distribution environment is an advantage. Strong understanding of order processing and customer service workflows. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must); experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred. Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Personal Attributes Customer-focused mindset with a positive, proactive attitude. Team player who can work collaboratively across departments.
