Role Overview The Sales Operations Specialist will join Kacific’s Sales team and play a key role in supportingsales operations, contract management, account management, and CRM processes . This role ensures that all account and contractual information is accurate, organised, and compliant, contributing directly to the efficiency and success of the sales team. Key Responsibilities Contract Management Develop and maintain standard contractual frameworks for Kacific’s diverse products in coordination with legal and service delivery teams . Manage and process all contracts requested by Sales within 24 hours . Maintain an organised system of digital contract records in Box , linked to each account in the CRM. Conduct quarterly KYC checks for each account to ensure all customer information is complete and up to date. Manage contract amendments , renewals , and compliance , ensuring all contractual obligations are properly documented. CRM & Data Management Oversee CRM data quality, ensuring all customer and sales information is accurate and current. Performquarterly account reviews to update contacts, KYC documents , and any other account-related information in coordination with Sales. Support migration to new CRM systems , ensuring completeness and integrity of historical and current data. Back up the CRM regularly and ensure integration with the website, social media, and other relevant systems functions smoothly. Track and report key sales indicators and metrics, providing insights to the CCO and sales leadership. Maintain dashboards for contracts, customer accounts, and promotional campaigns. Account Management & Operations Ensure all account details, including KYC, are current and accurate. Maintain organised account folders in Box or other designated systems. Monitor and verify terminal counts in Crossbow, coordinating with account owners and issuing reminders or termination letters as needed. Key Interfaces Internal: Sales, Regional Directors, Finance, Legal, Service Delivery teams External: Customers, partners, and occasional vendors as required Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Experience in contract management, account administration, and CRM management Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Box, and other collaboration tools Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Why Join Kacific This is a pivotal role in a fast-growing satellite broadband company.
