For more information, visit Job Overview Reporting to the Business Development Manager, Central Asia, this role is responsible for driving sales, expanding market share, and increasing product branding and awareness for Avanos’ best-in‑class products and business in assigned markets within Central Asia, mainly in Singapore. The incumbent will participate in clinical cases, cadaver workshops and conferences and will perform equipment in‑service maintenance and monitoring. They will deliver product trainings to internal and external stakeholders (sales team, physicians, clinical users, distributors, etc.) to ensure a solid understanding of Avanos products, relevant technologies and applications. The incumbent supports operating procedures in the hospitals. This role will work closely with the Business Development Manager, Central Asia, the ASEAN Sales Team, and the APAC Marketing Team to ensure alignment of global, regional and local strategies, with the aim to elevate the company’s brand and improve product adoption efficacy through driving demand, sales and market expansion in the assigned markets. The incumbent will also work closely with cross‑functional teams to own and drive customer satisfaction, product compliance, innovation and margin improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and build the Avanos Pain business mainly in Singapore, growing the portfolio over a five‑year horizon and contributing to Avanos profitability within the region. Achieve and exceed regional sales and financial budget and operational objectives. Drive growth on strategic focus products via increasing brand awareness and customer loyalty to Avanos products. Support forecasting of the regional financial and sales budgeting. Closely monitor and gather competitor and market intelligence (e.g., market trends, market/product share, pricing, clinical practice, procedural knowledge, customer insights). Gather customer feedback and resolve issues, proactively anticipate problems, suggest prompt solutions and implement measures to mitigate risk. Partner with the Business Development Manager, Central Asia, ASEAN Sales Team and APAC Marketing Directors to recommend, develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand market share on focused products and assigned markets. Identify key growth opportunities, develop and execute innovative programs to drive growth and margin improvement associated with the product portfolio. Lead commercial, marketing, distributor and customer events and campaigns. Develop and prepare presentation materials and marketing tools (e.g., product presentations, business plan reviews, customer presentations, sales conference presentations, induction trainings). Organize and conduct product trainings for direct customers and distributors, including educational and clinical workshops. Expand network, engage, build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, including key clinical users, key influencers and opinion leaders, and address their needs with appropriate products, services and solutions. Manage distributorships in Central Asia, where needed. Partner with Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance (RAQA) and Regional Marketing teams on product launch plan and manage product life‑cycle. Support and guide surgeons in the use and best‑practice application of Avanos products in the operating theatre environment. Maintain high level of customer‑service standards. Administration Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and market feedback. Work with Marketing to maintain product catalogues’ accuracy and completeness of information. Review and escape product complaints to Sales and RAQA Teams for action. Support and complete audits. Complete and maintain compliance in trainings. Ensure compliance and highest integrity. Manage Distributor Agreements/Contracts in a timely manner. Qualifications / Education / Experience / Skills Required Education Candidate with Nursing, Biomedical, Biotechnology or Science background preferred. Candidate with previous experience in sales or clinical support within the medical devices industry, especially in Orthopaedic, would be an advantage. Experience At least 5 years of experience in related fields. Track record of profit/margin maximization, revenue growth, execution of programs, management of projects and campaigns. Product training experience to clinical users and distributors. Strong understanding and identification of customers and their needs, clinical environment, competitive landscape and trends. Experience creating clinical acceptance and driving adoption of new treatments/therapies/technologies. Broad‑based knowledge of medical consumables sales and marketing processes.
