Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in consulting or senior advisory role focused on enterprise-scale, sales transformation and tool enablement.
  • At Least 5 years of related experience with Salesforce - CRM implementations
  • Prior experience as the project manager on at least 2 end-to-end Sales or service.
  • Background as a functional application specialist in CRM engagements is a plus.
  • Great experience with estimating planning and functional solutioning, project management and full life cycle delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration internally and with stakeholders.
  • Proven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of different scale and duration
  • Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both client engagement and solution delivery.
  • Huron requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
