To support our growth, we are expanding our team in Singapore and are looking for driven Recruitment Consultant at various levels—from Principal Consultant to Director —to join us. Your experience will determine the role we can offer, but your potential and drive will determine how far you can go

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll play a vital part in helping companies and candidates achieve their goals. Your responsibilities include:

  • Building Careers : Guide professionals through the Singapore and APAC talent markets , helping them navigate their career journeys.
  • Connecting Talent : Partner with leading corporations and startups to identify and recruit exceptional talent .
  • Advising Clients : Provide tailored recruitment solutions, deliver market insights, and advise on hiring trends.
  • Driving Success : Meet and exceed sales targets , leveraging KPIs to manage your performance.
  • Expanding Your Network : Cultivate professional relationships in Singapore and APAC , becoming a trusted advisor in your specialisation.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • At least 6 years of recruitment experience in an agency and/or in-house setting, preferably within legal, financial services, technology, and/or healthcare & life sciences sectors.
  • Strong research and market intelligence skills, with the ability to source top talent and stay informed on industry trends.
  • A results-driven mindset, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for connecting talent with the right opportunities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
