For more information, please visit Designation Head, Risk Management Responsibilities Develop policies and processes based on ORM framework to integrate operational risk activities within the organisation. Analyse operational risk findings to identify operational risk. Recommend strategies to address operational risk exposures. Propose new operational risk mitigation activities to improve risk mitigation efficiency. Determine consequences of business disruptions and / or crisis scenarios and propose relevant business continuity plans. Revise BCM framework based on new and changing regulations. Develop activities to exercise and test business resilience and adequacy of business continuity plans Oversee the conduct of operational risk assessments to identify operational risks across business units. Conduct periodic reviews on business units’ performance in monitoring and managing key operational risks. Review accuracy of operational risk assessment findings and recommend changes. Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of operational risk management activities. Work with Ops Tech department to ensure adequacy of cybersecurity controls to reduce technology risks. Ensure compliance with operational risk frameworks, policies and requirements. Qualifications Degree and / or Diploma in Risk Management or related field Other Information Minimum of 5 years of related experience. Experience in the Social Service Sector is an advantage. Strong understanding of risk management policies and best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent critical thinking skills.
