Job Description Responsible for managing credit risk, market risk, and other specific risk areas of the institution, to promote the continuous, healthy, and orderly development of the bank’s business. Continuously improve relevant branch policies and operating procedures, and ensure effective communication and coordination with internal and external auditors as well as regulatory authorities; Fully convey the Head Office’s risk appetite and risk management requirements, and provide guidance on risk management work within the branch; Report to the Deputy General Manager in charge of risk management, including regular reports and reports on major or unexpected risk incidents; Promote the development and strengthening of the bank’s risk management team. Other tasks assigned by superiors. Job Requirements Degree holder with at least 8 years working experience in risk management role in banking industry, preferably being in a managerial position in charge of a team/department in the recent years. Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills Proficient in English and Mandarin so as to understand and write Chinese documents and effectively communicate and collaborate with Mandarin speaking colleagues from Head Office and locally. #J-18808-Ljbffr
