Join to apply for the Digital Ambassador | 1-month Contract | $15/hour role at Manpower Singapore We are seeking proactive and resourceful Digital Ambassador to support frontline healthcare users during the implementation of new systems. You will be stationed alongside the users to provide real-time assistance, ensuring a smooth transition and effective system adoption. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for frontline users during system deployment, offering hands-on support and guidance. Assist users in navigating the system, sharing tips and best practices to enhance their confidence and efficiency. Address user inquiries related to system-generated bills by providing clarifications based on FAQs and internal communication channels. Escalate complex issues or system errors to the appropriate technical or support teams for resolution. Gather feedback from users to identify common challenges and suggest improvements to enhance system usability. Conduct informal training sessions or one-on-one coaching to help users become proficient with the system. Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor to foster trust and collaboration with frontline staff. Job Qualifications Diploma in any discipline. Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply. Good communication and customer service skills. Training will be provided to understand the role and what is needed to do as lead POCs to report their daily jobs. On-site deployment at healthcare facilities and require flexible hours to accommodate different shifts and ensure continuous support during the deployment phase. This role requires flexibility to work in shifts, including the possibility of night shifts. Night shifts may fall between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM, depending on operational needs.
