Digital Ambassador - IT Support / $15 / West (1 month temp)
This range is provided by Manpower Singapore. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base pay rangeSGD15.00/hr
Responsibilities- Walk the ground in selected hospitals, shadowing users, note challenges faced and to assist them accordingly.
- Provide basic digital literacy training and support to those who are unfamiliar with technology.
- Advocate for the benefits of using digital services and encourage users to adopt them.
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- Candidates with no experience are open to apply.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- There will be training provided for them to understand the role, what they need to do as well as lead POCs to report their daily jobs.
- Flexibility to work on night shifts.
