Our Surgical business unit focuses on unmet needs in cardiac surgery, partnering with surgical teams to deliver technologies that improve patients' lives. Join us and be part of this inspiring journey.

How you will make an impact:
  • Drive implementation of new product and indication launches with strong execution
  • Evaluate local needs of commercial and clinical teams, deliver field training, and clinical marketing activities
  • Maintain contact with local KOLs and healthcare professionals; develop event strategies aligned with local and EU strategies
  • Lead Therapy Development initiatives and Economic Value campaigns
  • Create localized marketing materials
  • Assess market dynamics and analytics in collaboration with the Business Analyst
  • Collaborate with regional marketing to achieve country goals
What you will need (Required):
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, economics, biomedical engineering, healthcare, or related fields; 8 years of related experience OR
  • Master's Degree or equivalent; 6 years of related experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry
Preferred qualifications:
  • Project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, documentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Deep knowledge of marketing concepts and market research
  • Ability to forecast product lines and assess market share and pricing
  • Strong clinical knowledge relevant to Edwards' products
  • Attention to detail and professional interaction skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong regional relationships and adherence to safety and environmental protocols
