Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing

Provide expertise and lead all aspects of digital marketing for JAPAC Surgical; coordinating the digital tool strategy and tactical implementation across the Japan, Asia and Pacific Region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate and strategize with cross-functional teams (e.g., Regional Marketing) to develop regionally relevant, robust content/channels utilizing regional marketing platforms which ensure a consistent customer experience across all touch points.
- Own the overall coordination and rollout of JAPAC Surgical digital tools.
- Establishing and managing: Associated training needs, Coordination across business functions, Strategic fit with digital strategy.
- Scope market research initiatives and incorporate insights to support decision-making.
- Oversee the development of creative with agencies. Manage agency priorities and approve expenditures within budget guidelines.
- Develop and champion Edwards and BU portfolio through digital marketing to ensure they are consistently and meaningfully represented by all internal stakeholders, across all customer touch points worldwide.
- Develop multiple and cross-functional department operational procedures and processes that foster effective communications and collateral.
- Establish and interpret metrics to track program effectiveness and ROI; provide recommendations to leadership that affect strategic decisions within the business.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of work experience Required or
- Master's Degree or equivalent 8 years experience related experience working in digital marketing Required

**Additional Skills**:

- Proven successful project management skills.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven experience in articulating digital initiatives and educate other members of the organization by contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.
- Experience working with complex B2B sales processes or Technology/Medical Devices/Pharma industry.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives.
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization.
- Recognized as an expert in own area with specialized depth within the organization.
- Expert knowledge and understanding of digital campaigns, tools, and landscape.
- Strict attention to detail.

- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
