Your exposure to risk and compliance within a fintech environment, particularly your experience working with regulators like MAS, will be crucial.

Key attributes:

  • Extensive experience in the fintech space, specifically in blockchain and payments.
  • Prior experience managing P&Ls.
  • Experience in commercial roles such as sales, business development, and partnerships.
  • Exposure to risk and compliance in a fintech environment with experience working with regulators (MAS).
  • A blend of start-up and larger corporate experience.
