Lead and execute the company’s human resource strategies, including talent acquisition, performance management, training, and employee development. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to support business growth and ensure regulatory compliance. Coordinate with finance, sales, and administrative departments to facilitate effective cross-functional communication and collaboration. Provide strategic advice to the management team on organizational structure, manpower planning, and business expansion. Ensure the company’s employment and business practices comply with Singapore’s laws and regulations. Support the Managing Director in corporate planning, partner relationship management, and overall business development. Job Requirements: • Possess an educational background in management or a related discipline; a Singapore-based qualification is preferred.• At least 10 years of experience in human resource and business operations management.• Strong understanding of Singapore’s employment laws and business operation processes.• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
