Job Title: Head of Sales - Southeast Asia Location: Singapore Who are we recruiting for? What will you be doing? Lead and motivate a vibrant, high-performing sales team across Singapore and the wider region. Drive ambitious growth-targeting 25-30% increase in revenue in the first year and £10M+ GBP ACV within three years. Personally manage and close six-figure enterprise deal cycles, from origination to close. Coach and develop a young, driven team into confident, successful sales professionals. Represent the business with gravitas and authority across key maritime and government stakeholders in Singapore. Optimise sales processes, prospecting cadences, and pipeline quality using Salesforce and other enablement tools . Are you the ideal candidate? A qualified and proven sales leader with 3-5+ years in SaaS, data, or analytics. Experienced managing a book exceeding £7M GBP , with a record of sustained growth. Creative, commercially focused strategist skilled in enterprise sales and team leadership. Background in maritime, commodity, banking, or insurance sectors is highly desirable.
