We are seeking a highly motivated Murex CEM Consultant to work in an environment management role in Singapore with the following responsibilities:

  • Deploy and manage Murex Software using Murex tools and scripts.
  • Perform basic smoke tests. Act as first level support, re-directing and following up on issues with the corresponding support teams.
  • Utilize Murex configuration management tools & methodologies to import/export configuration items and analyze related issues.
  • Perform database sanitization and purging procedures. Execute migration sequences and stabilization. Resolve reconciliation mismatches and follow up on migration defects.
  • Contribute to creating CEM methodologies, conversion processes, communication workflows, and necessary documentation.
  • Customize and document the installation and conversion/upgrade procedures.
  • Deliver needed trainings and best practices for clients.
  • Manage internal streams by creating tools, measuring related KPIs, and analyzing potential issues.
Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Network, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience as a Murex Configuration Environment Management Consultant.
  • Motivation to work in the financial software/investment banking industry.
  • Experience with Shell Script and SQL.
  • Experience in Control-M setup and familiarity with batch architecture.
  • Experience with middleware tools (Kafka, MQ, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Cloud Computing, such as DevOps (Git, Jenkins), Cloud (AWS, Azure), and other CI/CD tools, Oracle.
  • Knowledge of Murex GOM.
  • A strong proven track record of client servicing, understanding customer needs, and building effective relationships.
  • Strong time management skills and demonstrable problem-solving/analytical skills.
