Overview ANRC is seeking a dynamic and motivated Fundraiser Executive, who is responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our mission. A strong leadership with written, communication and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of fundraising & proven tracks. Responsibilities To develop and execute all fundraising campaigns and events to meet financial targets.Fundraising events, such as Golf Charity Tournament, Annual Charity Dinner and any new programs or events. To identify, to cultivate and to build a strong relationship with potential donors, including individuals, corporations, foundations, and etc. To develop, to implement and targeting charitable trusts who support the charity’s aims and activities. To source for Grants application, if any Ensure all applications and implementations are accordance to all compliances and regulations. To draw up event budgets for the committee. Track and report on fundraising progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. To update the working committee on the progress of the event and project account reporting. Manage donor database and ensure timely acknowledgment of gifts, donors tax receipt. To recruit and manage volunteers for the fundraising events. Requirements Experiences in fundraising or a related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
