You will have the autonomy to design creative sourcing strategies engage diverse talent pools and deliver an unparalleled candidate experience. If you thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment and are excited to work with a mission-driven organization we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Lead full‑cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer ensuring a white glove experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Partner closely with APJ Sales leadership and other key stakeholders across the organization. Develop and execute recruitment strategies from concept to implementation tailored to business needs. Act as a thought partner on market trends providing insights and guidance to leaders and the recruiting team. Analyze recruiting data to provide actionable recommendations and measure the effectiveness of initiatives. Build and maintain strong cross‑functional relationships with stakeholders. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through programmatic recruitment efforts. Who You Are 8 years of experience in a dynamic GTM recruiting environment (ideally in-house) preferably in high‑tech or fast‑scale organizations. Proven track record of success in managing multiple requisitions across functions and seniority levels. Strong attention to detail while able to operate at a strategic level. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Tenacious high‑energy with a sense of urgency and integrity. Comfortable partnering with multiple stakeholders across APJ countries.
