Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure performance and observability tools in enterprise environments
  • Collaborate with clients to design effective monitoring solutions across various platforms and applications
  • Interpret code written in Java or .NET to assist in performance optimization
  • Support operating systems and infrastructure layers (Linux, Windows, Disk, Network, NAS, SAN)
  • Work closely with internal teams and customers to drive solution adoption and ensure technical success
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to internal teams and end-users
  • Utilize AIOps and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, DataDog, ScienceLogic) for analytics and automation initiatives

Skills & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant IT experience including enterprise deployments, software configuration, or application support
  • Solid understanding of full-stack environments such as J2EE, LAMP, or Microsoft stacks
  • Familiarity with App Performance Monitoring (APM) tools – direct experience with AppDynamics or equivalents is a strong advantage
  • Understanding of systems architecture including OS, storage, networking, and virtualization
  • Strong communication skills – able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as professional services, presales, or consulting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent industry experience)
  • Must be Singaporean due to project clearance requirements for public sector clients
