Key Responsibilities MSI Governance & Delivery Establish MSI governance, RACI, and execution cadences; chair design reviews, TRR, ORR, and cutover boards. Own integrated master schedule, RAID, dependencies, and change control; ensure baselining and earned value tracking. Coordinate with EPC/construction, MEP/Civil, and site controllers including permits/PTW, airside access, and night works. Drive integration strategy, test strategy (FAT/SAT, SIT/UAT, ORAT), and acceptance criteria with measurable outcomes. Business Development & Account Growth Support bid/no‑bid, solution shaping, and proposal development for MSI and adjacent programs. Partner with Sales/AM to identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities; contribute to win themes, value cases, and customer presentations. Represent SITA in executive briefings, industry forums, and reference visits; provide thought leadership grounded in delivery reality. Project Tracking & Implementation Establish project baselines and track scope/schedule/cost/quality using PMO standards and dashboards. Drive disciplined execution: milestones, resource plans, risks/issues, change requests, and dependency management. Provide timely status reports with clear decisions required; ensure lessons learned and continuous improvement are captured. Enterprise & Solutions Architecture Lead definition of Business, Systems, Data, and Technology Architectures; maintain architecture runway and reference models. Translate requirements into design/performance specs; ensure traceability from requirements to test evidence. Govern solution options, trade‑offs, and non‑functional requirements (performance, resiliency, cyber, privacy, safety). Aviation & Adjacent Transport Systems Lead integration across key airport operational, passenger processing, security, and airside domains. Ensure solutions align to operational needs and regulatory expectations, coordinate with adjacent transport operators where relevant. Focus on outcomes (availability, throughput, safety, customer experience) rather than technology for its own sake. Stakeholder, Vendor & Commercial Management Orchestrate multi‑vendor environment: OEMs, SI partners, civil/M&E, cybersecurity, and operations stakeholders. Lead and support procurement (RFP/RFQ), technical evaluation (TEC), BoQ validation, and vendor selection; support SOWs, technical schedules, acceptance plans, warranty/penalty clauses; manage variations and claims with evidence. Provide executive‑ready status, risks, and decision packs; align with SITA global teams for product/roadmap leverage. Experience 15+ years’ experience delivering large, safety‑critical or mission‑critical programs in aviation/airports or adjacent transport. Demonstrated leadership in enterprise/solutions architecture and MSI delivery from concept to ORAT/steady state. Broad familiarity with airport operational, passenger, security, and airside domains; able to guide SMEs without deep product‑level specialization. Outcome‑oriented leadership balancing scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and stakeholder impacts. Strong grasp of KPIs/Delivery: availability, performance, scalability, security (aligned to recognized frameworks), and privacy. Practical cybersecurity and platform engineering knowledge (networking/segmentation, cloud patterns, IAM, API security, observability). Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or related; advanced degree preferred. Relevant Professional certifications.
