What Youll Do
  • Provide first-level technical support to end users
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks

  • Assist with security updates and system backups
  • Respond to help desk tickets and resolve technical issues
What Were Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or administration
