Power Generation Field Service Technician - Level II

We are seeking a talented Power Generation Field Service Technician – Level II to join our team based in Tuas, Singapore. This onsite role reports to the Service Operations Manager and involves diagnosing and completing less complex repairs on generators and components at customer sites, with travel within Singapore.

In this role, you will:

  • Engage customers professionally and courteously.
  • Apply specialized tools and documented procedures to diagnose and repair.
  • Perform preventative maintenance as per schedules.
  • Escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
  • Complete necessary documentation accurately.
  • Maintain service vehicles and tools.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies.

To succeed, you should have:

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Customer focus and relationship-building abilities.
  • Development mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of power generation systems and electronic troubleshooting.
  • Relevant technical certifications and experience, including mechanical work and use of troubleshooting software.
  • A valid local driving permit and willingness to respond to emergency deployments.
