Senior Sales Engineer

Responsibilities Provide technical support and training for analyzer sales and service operations to global affiliates. Offer regional sales support to RHQs and subsidiaries for YPHQ products and services. Deliver pre- and post-sales support for customers across Southeast Asia (SEA). Drive the development and improvement of YP SmartChat / FAQ systems to enhance efficiency and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with engineering, product management, and service teams to provide technical insights and solutions. Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documents for sales opportunities. Gather market and customer feedback to support product improvement and regional strategy. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, or related discipline). Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in technical sales support, analyzer systems, or industrial instrumentation. Strong understanding of process analyzers, control systems, and industrial applications. Excellent communication and presentation skills to support both internal stakeholders and external clients. Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and technical documentation. Independent, customer-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
