JOB DESCRIPTION

Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

ADDITIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION

The GCS Product & Sales Activation (PSA) team is responsible for creating and scaling solutions for SMBs. We are the product and business experts supporting thousands of sales teams and advertisers.

The role of PSA is to drive the commercialization strategy for Google's ads business and help shape the product roadmap to meet the specific requirements of our diverse group of advertisers. Our focus is to grow customers by launching new products to market, empowering our sales teams with impactful resources, and channeling customer feedback to the product development team.

Within the wider PSA org we have "Business Partners" building strategies to effectively transfer product knowledge to sales and activate the largest revenue opportunities. You will be a key sales partner helping sellers in the OneAcquisition (OneAcq) programs to position our products more effectively and be a champion for the customer helping to bring their feedback to the product teams to ensure it meets the needs of our newest and smallest customers.

Qualifications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with OneAcq Sales Teams, Google advertisers and agencies to increase adoption and usage of Google's A&C solutions (e.g. Video Action Campaign, Discovery, Video Reach Campaign, Data-Driven Attribution, Incremental measurement etc.)Create short and long term Go-to-market activation strategies for YouTube to drive product growth; Supporting quarterly planning/target setting, monitoring and reporting on key drivers/metrics.Influence Product and collateral development in partnership with Global Product leads as the voice of GCS customers. Activate top opportunities via co-pitches & pre-pitch support. Educate GCS sellers through at-scale trainings, workshops and partnership with sales leadershipSupport customer events in conjunction with partners in sales and marketing.Work cross-functionally and regionally to develop new opportunities to increase product adoptionIdentify roadblocks in seller workflow, and collaborate with global PSA and partner orgs to solve challenges and help sellers pitch effectively. Develop a strong understanding of our GCS advertisers' video challenges, opportunities and the latest market trends

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.2 years of experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.Experience in product strategy, Go-to-Market, or similar role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Display and Video campaigns to drive performance and branding marketing KPIsSuperior communication and presentation development skills with the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into stories that spark an audienceAbility to communicate with senior stakeholders and tailor communications across different levels of the organization including directors, managers and sellersExperience in complex project management, with demonstrated ability to influence people, manage resources while hitting objectivesCreation and delivery of training across a large sales organizationExperience in highly analytical role with a focus on deriving insights
