Working Location: Tanjong Pagar, Internation PlazaKey Responsibilities Content Creation & Editing - Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for Xiaohongshu,Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook.- Ensure content aligns with brand tone, aesthetics, and campaigngoals.- Add subtitles, transitions, and music to enhance engagement. Social Media Management - Schedule and publish posts across platforms using native tools orscheduling apps.- Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and trackperformance metrics.- Maintain a consistent posting calendar tailored to each platform'saudience. Campaign Support - Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, giveaways.- Coordinate with design and operations teams to ensure timelycontent delivery. Trend Research & Reporting - Stay updated on platform trends, hashtags, and algorithmchanges.- Provide weekly reports on content performance and suggestimprovements. Brand Voice & Localization - Adapt content for bilingual audiences (English & Chinese),especially for Xiaohongshu.- Ensure cultural relevance and compliance with platformguidelines.️ Requirements Proven experience in video editing (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, or similar). Familiarity with Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content formats. Strong visual sense and understanding of social media trends. Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) are a plus. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese preferred. Organized, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
