• This role is ideal for an experienced barista who’s ready to step up, mentor others, and ensure every guest enjoys consistently excellent coffee and warm service.
• Overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
• Managing project timelines, resources and budgets to ensure project success.

• Proven experience as a senior barista or shift leader in a specialty coffee environment.
• Strong technical skills in espresso and brewing methods.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and resourceful in managing daily operations.
• Passionate about coffee and eager to share that passion with the team and customers.
• Able to handle pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced café environment.
