Located in the East, the company provides advanced aircraft maintenance and overhaul solutions, ensuring the highest standards of safety and reliability in the aviation sector.Job Summary: Salary : $1,700 - $2,400 (Monthly Wage Supplement included) Bonuses : Up to 3-5 months variable bonus Working Days/Hours : Rotating Shiftwork Morning: 6:30am - 4:15pm Afternoon: 4:00pm - 1:45am Shift Pattern: 2 Morning, 2 Afternoon, 1 Off Day, 1 Rest Day Location : East Region Key Company Benefits : Monthly wage supplement Medical & dental coverage Transportation provided High retention incentive for 5-year programme Job Responsibilities: Be part of a structured 3-year or 5-year traineeship programme designed to equip you with in-depth technical knowledge and hands-on experience in aircraft engine maintenance. Upon completion, deployment will be arranged based on competency and business needs.As a Trainee Technician , your scope of learning and work will include: Assembling and disassembling aircraft engine parts Troubleshooting and inspecting engine components Carrying out repairs and overhaul of engine systems and components Installing and replacing engine parts Performing scheduled aircraft systems maintenance Learning the technical intricacies of aircraft systems in compliance with aviation safety standards This is an excellent opportunity to launch a long-term career in a stable, growth-focused industry with attractive progression pathways.Requirements : Relevant Engineering certifications (Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Engineering disciplines) Willingness to work shift hours Interest in aerospace and mechanical systems Good team player and learner's mindset Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
