Job Responsibilities • Develop, design instructional courses and curriculum as required• Conduct training on various courses including that for beauty treatment technique; theoretical and practical• Conduct beauty product knowledge training and treatment protocol• Develop in-house skills assessment checklist; evaluating the clients, beauticians/ therapists, as and if required• Collaborating with marketing and related teams (to organise and conduct promotional and marketing activities such as beauty workshops, seminars and product launches etc• To furnish the company with the latest beauty industry information; eg competitors' activities and beauty care trends, treatment, products etc.• Work closely with management team on training needs.• Other ad-hoc tasks/projects assignedJob Requirements • Min 2 years of beauty training and facilitation skills & experiences• Must possess a professional certification in Beauty & Spa; preferably CIDESCO, CIBTAC or ITEC and WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)• Proficient in English and Chinese to communicate well with clients• To work independently and as a good team player with a positive attitude and pleasant disposition• Proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines• Able to take on training assignments including on weekends and in the eveningsPlease WhatsApp your resume to or email to:
