Develop and update training materials to ensure alignment with the latest industry trends and best practices. Evaluate the performance of therapists and provide constructive feedback. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs. Provide on-the-job support and mentorship to beautician & therapists. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and recommend improvement plans. Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment. Requirements With minimum 2 years of experience as a Beauty Trainer, ideally in Beauty Salon for face and body treatments Certified by CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ or any other relevant qualifications in beauty Strong knowledge of facial, body slimming and beauty treatment techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and confidence in presenting and influencing Passion for the beauty industry and dedication to skill development Proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Perks and Benefits: Dynamic, friendly and supportive working environment.
