Job Description:

  • Analyze current and future business needs and recommend new initiatives and processes to ensure continuous improvements in team objectives, productivity, and development.
  • Partner with leaders and line managers to provide solutions in day-to-day people matters and long-term organisational planning, including recruitment, career development, talent management, learning, coaching, compensation, employee relations, recognition, and strategic development.
  • Ensure high employee engagement through effective monitoring of the employee "pulse".
  • Manage complex HR initiatives at both operational and strategic levels to deliver best-in-class HR programs.
  • Handle employee relations and performance discussions and challenges with relevant teams and leaders.
  • Champion and incorporate company culture and values in all work aspects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of HR experience in a dynamic, high-performing environment.
  • Previous experience as an HR generalist or HR consultant is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker: Quickly evaluates situations, combines strong business judgment and people intuition to make well-informed decisions.
  • Able to work efficiently at pace while maintaining attention to detail and standards.
  • Proactive and collaborative attitude.
