Responsibilities Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you shall assist in the management of facilities management services for Site assigned to you. This includes scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management, etc. You will investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences. In addition, you shall supervise contractors to carry out maintenance work to ensure that the upkeep and the Site is maintained to meet the service standard. Requirements Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management operations. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline. A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills. Possess a valid Fire Safety Manager certificate Experience in power shutdown is an added advantage.
